Some life stories are best told through their milestones. Sifu Hassan Mahamid’s martial arts history is an impressive example of this. Gradings and recognition
This long journey is reflected in a series of high-ranking gradings that officially confirm Sifu Hassan’s skills. In Wing Tzun, he achieved the title of Sifu under Si-Suk Frank Kohlhase in 2016 and the fifth Master Level in 2018. In Filipino Escrima, he was awarded the fourth degree by the Martial Arts Association International in 2022. In the same year, he received the 7th Dan in Sport Karate and Kickboxing from the World Karate & Kickboxing Council, an award that honours decades of experience.
In addition to these sporting gradings, Sifu Hassan was also entrusted with a role within an association. As early as 2014, he was appointed Sports Director for the Rhine-Main region by the World Karate & Kickboxing Council Germany. This appointment shows that his commitment extends beyond his own training and that he is trusted with responsibility for promoting martial arts in the region.
From student to founder of a system
The real highlight of this history is the year 2018. From all the experience he had gathered, from the strengths of the many disciplines and from a clear vision of effective self-defence, Sifu Hassan shaped his own system.
