Hassan Mahamid has been involved in combat sports and martial arts since 1984. The pictures show some personal moments of his journey, from the early years to today.

The early years

In the early pictures you can see Hassan training at the age of just five. Movement, technique and regular practice were already part of his everyday life back then.

Training and development

Over the years, training became more varied. The pictures show Hassan doing different exercises, practising techniques and training in various combat sports.

Later, competition was added. The photos show Hassan at events on the MMA scene. They show a further stage of his sporting journey and his experience in competition.

2014: Kickboxing World Championship

The pictures from 2014 show another stage of his career. In Portugal, Hassan Mahamid won the WKC Kickboxing World Champion title and took the gold medal.

Martial arts and traditional training

Alongside competition, Hassan continued to study various martial arts. The pictures show him, among other things, on the wooden dummy and training with the long pole and double knives, as well as in Escrima, Taekwondo and MMA.

Thailand and Muay Thai

Further photos were taken during his stays in Thailand. There Hassan trained Muay Thai and prepared for his fights on site.

2023: Fights in Thailand

The pictures from 2023 show Hassan in his Muay Thai fights in Thailand. In May he won the title of International Muay Thai Champion, followed in August by the title of Muay Thai World Champion.

To this day

The current pictures show Hassan Mahamid training and in various areas of martial arts. Even more than four decades after he started in 1984, training is still an integral part of his life.
